- Contact us within 2 hours of delivery
- We'll process a replacement or refund promptly
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of live aquatic products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Livestock (shrimp, fish, etc.)
- Live plants
For dry goods and equipment, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

The Ben B Auction is beautiful, but one was a bit pale upon arrival. After acclimating properly, they're now doing well. Would buy again but giving 4 stars based on initial condition.
